Brand KT5 open-air DTH drilling rig is an advanced drilling equipment which combines DTH drilling system with screw air compression system. It has compact structure, good integrity and convenient movement. The drilling car has the characteristics of energy saving, high efficiency, safety and environmental protection, flexible operation, convenient operation and stable performance. As follows:

1. The structure of the drill car is compact. It is an organic combination of the open hole drill and the medium pressure screw machine.

2. The drilling rig is equipped with a single-stage stroke-pressure screw main engine, flow rate (10m3/min), air pressure (1.5MPa), and adopts the stroke-pressure pneumatic impact, with high efficiency and low energy consumption.

3. The rig has a low center of gravity and a balanced distribution. It is equipped with a heavy-duty "four-wheeled belt" with a 19 degree automatic leveling device and a double locking system which can be controlled independently. The stability of the rig is improved and the rig can be adapted to different ground conditions. The drill is equipped with two speed walking motor + reducer structure, which achieves the perfect combination of speed and strength.

4. The hydraulic pump with large displacement is installed directly on the back of the engine, and the structure is simple and reduces the source of the fault.

5. Large-scale variable-amplitude drilling boom system can meet the needs of different workstations under various working conditions, especially can drill low-level holes.

6. A highly integrated hydraulic control system and a centralized operating platform enable one station to operate the whole machine freely.

7. The drilling rig is equipped with switching valve of rotary propulsion speed and slowness, which can be adjusted timely according to the different characteristics and working conditions of the rock drilled, with fast drilling speed and high porosity.

8. The machine is equipped with a real-time monitoring system and a stable self-protection system, which can accurately reflect and control the working state of the drilling rig, and can stop the rig automatically when it exceeds the set range and breaks down.

The efficient two level dry dust collecting system has greatly improved the working environment and accords with the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection.
